Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2025

Barstool Sansom Street ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and event details when you submit a contact form, request a quote for private events, sign up for our email list, or purchase tickets.

  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Ticketing information: if you purchase tickets or reserve an event through our ticketing partner, they collect and process the transaction details in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and process private event requests

  • Send email communications about events, promotions, and private bookings (you can unsubscribe at any time)

  • Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it

  • Advertise to past visitors and people with similar interests, as described in Section 3 below

  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Google Ads, Remarketing, and Cookies

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, including remarketing and similar audience features, to advertise online. Here's what that means in practice:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on websites across the Internet. These ads may appear on sites you visit after leaving ours.

  • These vendors use cookies and device identifiers based on your past visits to our Site to decide which ads to show you. For example, if you viewed our private events page, you may later see an ad for private events on another website.

  • Google's use of advertising data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

  • We also use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags and scripts described above.

How to opt out:

  • Visit Google's Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com to opt out of personalized advertising from Google.

  • Visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at https://optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of interest-based ads from other third-party vendors.

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Opting out will not stop you from seeing ads generally, but it will stop those ads from being based on your past activity on our Site.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with the following third parties, each of which processes data according to its own privacy policy:

  • Google Ads / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: advertising, remarketing, and site analytics

  • Meta: advertising, remarking, and site analytics

  • Klaviyo: email marketing and list management

  • Speakeasy: event ticketing and reservations

  • PartySlate: private event listing and inquiries

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Email opt-out: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our list.

  • Cookies: you can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

  • California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 8. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out using the links in Section 3.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information we collect, and access to that information is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
